Before operating its services, the organization shall enter into an agreement with a settlement bank as prescribed for the purpose of clearing, settlement, settlement of accounts or payment of liabilities in accordance with this Act.
(2) The organization shall open a separate account for payment and settlement transactions in accordance with this Act in the settlement bank with which the agreement has been made as per sub-section (1).
