The Minister of Finance may issue a document under his signature and authorize the person specified in the document to do the following on behalf of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) To sign the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund and the Articles of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
(b) To file with the Government of the United States of America a letter of acceptance of the Behora Janai Fund Agreement and the Bank Agreement, stating that the Government of Nepal has accepted the related agreements and the conditions stipulated therein, in accordance with the laws of Nepal, under which Nepal will be granted membership in the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. .

Accept the first amendment of the Fund Agreement and file a letter of approval to make Nepal a party to the right to withdraw the special amount provided by that amendment.

(d) Accept the second amendment of the Fund Agreement and in that amendment Accepting the mentioned obligations and filing the letter of approval and accepting the increase in Nepal's quota and shares in funds and banks.
