Section 63
Property to be allocated

(1) According to this paragraph, before making a damasahi of the property of a person, the following property should be separated and a process of damasahi should be made from the remaining property:-
(a) any property which is the private property of a person other than the person who is subject to the marriage,
(b) the clothes and shoes of up to three jordans worn and worn by the person about to be married and his family of one house,
(c) A single rent for cooking and eating food, a plate and a bowl, a single bed and a suitable number of furniture for the family of a person who is going to be married. (d) Medicines and health-related equipment purchased before the initiation of the Damasahi proceedings for the person who is going to be subjected to Damasahi and his family members,
(e) Books required for reading,
(f) food necessary for the subsistence of the persons mentioned in Clause (b) for a maximum period of three months,
(g) any tool or tool related to the profession or employment of the person mentioned in clause (b).
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in clauses (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g) of sub-section (1), the total value of the property referred to in those clauses may exceed one lakh rupees. no
