: (1) The projects conducted by the Government of Nepal or the Development Committees formed under the Development Committee Act, 2013 shall be transferred to the Authority after the commencement of this Act. But if the project is not completed, the property will be appraised only after the completion of the project.
(2) When a project operated by obtaining a loan from a foreign government or a foreign organization or an international organization is transferred to the authority in accordance with sub-section (1), the authority shall pay the necessary amount to the Nepal government on the condition specified by the Nepal government for the principal and interest payable by the Nepal government for such loan. However, the authority will have to provide shares to the Government of Nepal for the amount of principal and interest paid by the Government of Nepal in such a project and the expenses incurred.
(3) Projects which have been operated with assistance or subsidy from a foreign government or a foreign organization or an international organization or which have been operated by the Government of Nepal at its own expense, shall be transferred to the Authority in accordance with sub-section (1), the property of such project shall be transferred by the Authority providing shares to the Government of Nepal.
