(1) Even if a person, institution or industry notifies that they will not dispose of waste contrary to the conditions or standards specified in the Act or this regulation, if the public is adversely affected due to the discharge of waste, the relevant body may remove such waste at its own expense.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the related body shall collect the expenses incurred in removing waste from a place and an additional twenty-five percent of the amount of such work from the person, organization or industry that emits such waste, in accordance with the prevailing laws, as government dues.
