: (1) Every year, the ministry can give honors and awards to individuals or organizations who have made special contributions in disaster management, on the recommendation of the provincial and local levels.
(2) The amount of the award as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the Executive Committee in consultation with the Government of Nepal, 8 Ministry of Finance.
(3) The authority may make and implement necessary criteria for the honors and awards given as per sub-rule (1).
