(1) If the drawee does not pay the bill of exchange, the acceptor for the sake of honor shall be liable to all parties subsequent to the one for the sake of whose honor he accepted. In this way, the person who accepts for the sake of honor will be entitled to recover the expenses incurred or the loss incurred in connection with such parties or the previous parties whose honor has been accepted. 2) After the payment date of the bill of exchange is completed, if the drawee refuses to pay when presented to the drawee and the same is certified by a notary public, the accepting party will be liable only for the sake of honor.
