Rule 57
<br> which can be employed by government employees
To assist in the protection and management of conservation areas, the department shall assign at least one gazetted conservation officer of the third class and additional technical staff as required.
(2) The employees assigned in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall assist the Council as follows:-
(a) Providing necessary technical and legal opinions, suggestions,
(b) To monitor matters relating to the conservation and management of biological diversity,
(c) to collect data on the status of wildlife within or to be found in protected areas,
(D) Providing assistance in conservation and management of natural resources and heritages (e) to submit reports from time to time to the Department on the main activities carried out by the Council and the Committee, and
(f) To assist in the implementation of other instructions prescribed in accordance with this regulation and given by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(2) The employees assigned in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall assist the Council as follows:-
