It shall be the duty of the responsible person to make arrangements for the protection of all cash received in the office. The amount received in the office can be spent only on the specified work. If it is found that the expenses have been spent on work other than the specified work, departmental action can also be taken by collecting such expenses from the responsible person.
(2) All kinds of damages and losses caused to government goods, wealth and property brought or allowed to be used for personal use will be charged from both the giver and the taker.
