Section 128
Charges will be made at the same rate as the government balance
According to this Act, the fines incurred during the court action can be sent in writing to the concerned Chief District Officer. If written in such a way, the relevant chief district officer shall send it to the relevant department after charging it with government dues in accordance with prevailing Nepalese laws.
