(1) Cash in the office, bank balances, checks and their balances, bonds and their balances and accounts of revenue will be under the responsibility of the Head of Financial Administration Branch. The general goods and all related achievements will be under the charge of the storage officer or warehouse officer or warehouse assistant. The head of the office may keep the revenue records and other related documents in charge of an employee under his own supervision.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the duty of protecting the government property under the responsibility of the government property including the attached property shall be the responsibility of the employee and the head of the relevant office.
(3) The head of the office concerned may assign other employees below him to do the work as per sub-rule (2).
