Section 257
Adjudication of interested persons
According to section 254, if any case filed by the Nepal government, state government or local level is void during the proceedings, if it is not seen that the Nepal government, state government or local level will be void, the court shall order the same and refer it to the concerned person. According to the order of the court, if the concerned person is present and the case is filed, he should be made the defendant, and the case should be prosecuted, heard and disposed of according to the prevailing law.
