(1) O.T.T. If a person or an organized organization that has received a license to operate will make someone a member or a customer from within Nepal, if they receive any fee from within Nepal, they must arrange a cash server within Nepal.
(2) O.T.T. Consumers who want to enjoy the program provided by a person licensed to operate or an organized organization from within Nepal must be registered (created as a user) on a server within Nepal and only given access to the broadcast content, and every user's details must be updated on the server within Nepal.
(3) O.T.T. The account of every transaction between the person licensed to operate or the organized organization and the consumer must be kept secure in the customer management system server.
(4) If the person or organization licensed to operate OTT does not maintain a server as per this rule, the Ministry will not issue a license.
