Rule 19
Permit of production, transmission or distribution will be granted to the person who has received the permit of survey
Construction related to power generation, transmission or distribution according to the survey done by the person who has received the permit according to rule 8 or 9 to survey any one or all of the works of electricity generation, transmission or distribution, Even for operation and maintenance work, if the application is submitted with the details as per rules 12, 13 and 14 within the period of the survey permit, such permit will be given to the applicant subject to other provisions of this regulation.
