Section 130
Must wear safety belt and helmet while driving
(1) When driving a vehicle as specified, the driver and the person sitting in the front seat of the vehicle must wear a seat belt.
(2) When driving a motorcycle and other similar two-wheeled vehicles, the driver and the person sitting on the vehicle must wear a safety hat (helmet).
