Section 14
Need to register the vehicle

(1) Any person, firm or company who buys or imports a vehicle from abroad or an agent who sells and distributes a vehicle must register with the authorized authority within fifteen days from the date of purchase or importation of the vehicle and bringing it to customs in Nepal.
(2) No vehicle shall be driven or allowed to be driven without registration in accordance with sub-section (1).
