Section 36
If the address of the owner of the vehicle changes, notification should be made

(1) If the permanent address of the owner of a vehicle registered in accordance with this Act is changed, the notification of the same must be attached to the authorized officer within one month.
(2) After receiving the notification as per sub-section (1), the authorized officer shall indicate the new address in the certificate of registration and correct it in the registration book as well.
