Section 22
Vehicle to be brought
In order to register a vehicle in accordance with Section 13, 15 or 20, to register a vehicle in accordance with Section 37 and to modify any item of a vehicle in accordance with Section 39, the person, firm or company giving such application shall register, name or any thing in such manner. The vehicle that you want to modify should also be brought along.
