Section 123
Do not place people in other parts of the vehicle
No vehicle driver or vehicle owner or manager shall drive or drive a vehicle with people in any other part of the vehicle other than the seats intended for people to sit on long and medium roads and in vehicles running on local roads other than the seats intended for people to sit and the interior.
