If a vehicle is found driving or a domestic animal is walking on a road other than the road provided within the reserve in accordance with this regulation, the custodian if the custodian, the assistant if the custodian is not, and if not both, any employee designated by the Nepal Government shall be arrested. It will be submitted to the relevant authorities for action.
