Rule 86
Arrangements for sub-contracting
(1) If the local body invites bids so that the construction work can be done by sub-contractors, the following things should be mentioned in the documents related to the bids:-
(a) That he may sub-contract work,
(b) Maximum percentage of work to be sub-contracted,
(c) Basis of qualification of sub-contractor as required.
(2) If the basis of qualification is mentioned according to sub-rule (1), the bidder shall submit documents confirming the basis of qualification of the sub-contractor before entering into the purchase agreement.
