Section 3
Formation of Armed Police Force, Nepal
:
(1) An armed police force has been formed in Nepal (2) The number of posts of the Armed Police Force established in accordance with sub-section (1) in Nepal shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(3) The Inspector General of Armed Police shall be the head of the Armed Police Force.
(4) Armed Police Force. The head office of Nepal will be in Kathmandu Valley and the subordinate offices will be as specified.
