Section 28
Constitution of Armed Police Special Court
:
(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and constitute a Special Court of Armed Police to initiate and dispose of cases related to offenses punishable under paragraph-5.
(2) The seat of the Armed Police Special Court constituted as per sub-section (1) shall be in Kathmandu Valley.
(3) In the Armed Police Special Court as per sub-section (1), there will be three members including one police officer of the Armed Police Service at least up to Deputy Inspector General of Police and one officer at least up to Joint Secretary level in the Armed Police Special Court as per sub-section (1).
