Section 138
Cooperative Education
: (1) The Government of Nepal can include basic cooperative knowledge in the curriculum of the school level and provide necessary support to establish cooperative colleges or schools under cooperative schools and universities.
(2) Certification (accreditation) of cooperative organizations or bodies conducting cooperative educational activities, including other arrangements related to cooperative education shall be as prescribed.
