Rule 10
Scope of cooperative organization
: (1) According to clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Act, the scope of operation of the organization will be up to a local level if a wider area is required based on the skill, profession and nature of the members.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the applicants of the organization do not reside in any ward of the proposed working area, such ward will not be included in the working area.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Act, the following special professional requirements shall be taken as the basis for expanding the scope of work:-
(a) It is necessary to maintain the minimum volume (volume) in terms of collection, storage, processing facilities of the product,
(b) - The production area is maintained up to a certain geographical area,
(c) Appropriate units should be maintained in terms of irrigation facilities, technical supervision, and disease control; However, the scope of such an organization should not be expanded until a reasonable level of membership and professional service expansion is achieved in the existing scope of the organization. (4) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the following process should be completed while expanding the scope of the organization:-
(a) Accounting of the organization's membership and service expansion in the existing field,
(b) The organization's service demand in the area of work to be added,
(c) Ensuring that there is no dual membership contrary to sub-section (1) of section 32 of the Act,
(d) Completion of the process of amending the regulations.
(5) In addition to the details mentioned in sub-section (5) of Section 18 of the Act, the following details shall also be attached to the operational report submitted by such organizations for the purpose of maintaining the scope of operations of the organizations which are in operation at the time of commencement of the Act:-
(a) Details of operating expenses, turnover and profit and loss of the organization in the existing work area - branch office, service center or contact center,
(b) Province of existing jurisdiction, DisttName, surname, address, details of shares and savings of members according to LA, local level and ward,
(c) Province, district, local level and ward-wise details of the industry, investment and professional service facilities operated by the organization in the existing work area.
(6) According to clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 18 of the Act, when giving instructions to reduce the scope of work within the existing working area of the cooperative organization, the number of members should be less than fifteen percent of the total number of members across the working area to be reduced.
(7) Clause (b) of sub-section (6) of section 18 of the Act, when instructing to reduce the scope of work within the existing scope of the Wamojim Cooperative Organization from the province, district, local level and ward, to be reduced by five crore rupees across the scope or fifteen percent of the total turnover, whichever It should be seen that less professional services are being operated. Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-rule, "business" means the sum of the liabilities of surpluses circulated in the commercial activities carried out by the organization or the association up to the last financial year and the sum of the purchase or sale transactions towards the members of the last financial year.
