Section 279
Don't build a house on someone else's land without consent

(1) No one can build a house on his land without the written consent of the owner.
(2) If someone builds a house on his land without taking the owner's written consent, the owner of the land may, if he wishes, purchase such house at a price less than twenty five percent of the market value of such house.
(3) If the owner of the land does not purchase such a house according to sub-section (2), the owner of the house may purchase such land by adding up to twenty-five percent of the market value of the land on which the house is located, if the owner approves.
(4) If both parties do not agree to purchase and sell a house or land according to sub-section (2) or (3), the builder of the house shall demolish the house and take away his belongings within three months from the date of construction of such house.
(5) If the house is not sold within the period as per sub-section (4), such house will belong to the landlord.
