(1) If it is known that there is a personal incident that needs to be registered in accordance with this Act, the concerned rural municipality or municipality or ward office shall remind the concerned person and provide necessary assistance in registering the notification of such incident.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned rural municipality and municipality and local administration body to provide necessary support to the staff or registrar who are assigned to the work related to national identity card and registration to be done in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
