Rule 140
Need to help
(1) It shall be the duty of all stakeholders, including litigants, legal professionals, civil society, police administration, government offices, local level representatives and local people, to assist the staff assigned in the implementation of the court's decision.
(2) It shall be the duty of all concerned to comply with the order given by the Directorate in connection with the execution of the judgment.
(3) Regarding the implementation of the decision, the relevant police office shall follow the orders given by the director general, the director of the directorate or the officer assigned by the directorate for police mobilization.
(4) If the directorate requests the agency that regulates and distributes public services to stop providing public services such as water, electricity, and telephone to a person who has yet to pay a fine or government fine, it will be the duty of the relevant agency to stop the service and provide the service after paying the fine.
