: (1) Investigating officer during the investigation and orientation of the crime, public prosecutor during the orientation and juvenile court during the proceedings, orientation, hearing and trial of the case at the local level, police, local administration, including social and non-governmental organizations working in the field of child justice or child rights. Can ask for help.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) it shall be the duty of all concerned to provide the requested assistance.
