: (1) In order to distribute voter ID cards according to this regulation, Chief ID Card Distribution Officer, Chief ID Card Distribution Officer and ID Card Distribution Officer may take assistance from representatives of political parties, various ministries and departments of the Government of Nepal, local bodies and office officials as needed. .
(2) The identity card distribution officer may take necessary assistance from the chairman, vice-chairman or member of the village development committee or the head, deputy head or member of the related ward for the purpose of publicizing and gathering public participation in the preparation and distribution of the identity card.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), it shall be the duty of the concerned body or officer to provide assistance in the event that assistance is requested.
