(1) As soon as the proceedings of the tribunal begin on the day of the date, the Shrestadar shall take the names of the witnesses from the petitioners and the defendants who are present on that day and submit them to the tribunal for the purpose of obtaining a bank letter.
(2) If the other party is not present by two o'clock in the afternoon on the day fixed for the hearing of the witness, the act of making the witness statement of the present party shall not be stopped.
