(1) As soon as the proceedings of the tribunal begin on the day set for the hearing of the witnesses, the Srestedar shall take the list of witnesses present from the plaintiff and the defendant and submit it to the tribunal for obtaining a bill of exchange.
(2) If the other party is not present even by one o'clock in the afternoon on the day fixed for the hearing of the witness, the work of making the witnesses of the party present shall not be stopped.
