Section 54
Paying the amount of shared shares
: (1) The installment amount of shared shares should be paid by each partner in proportion to his/her ownership.
(2) Shares taken in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have an equal share in the name of the person holding the share, unless there is a formal document stating that such share is held in the name of the person.
