- Subject to the acknowledgment mentioned in section 17, each partner has to represent the firm and the firm will be bound by the work done by the partner to run the business of the firm. If a partner commits fraud in the course of the firm's work, the court authorized to file a complaint against the other partner may exclude such a partner from representing the firm.
