Section 24B
Action plan of partnership forest
: (1) For the management of partnership forest, the division forest office shall prepare an action plan as prescribed and submit it to the provincial ministry through the directorate for approval.
(2) If there is a need to make any changes in the action plan submitted as per sub-section (1), the provincial ministry may send such action plan back to the directorate and after the directorate makes the necessary changes along with its opinion, the action plan will be approved by the department.
(3) The Divisional Forest Officer shall implement the action plan approved in accordance with sub-section (2).

(3) The Divisional Forest Officer shall implement the action plan approved in accordance with sub-section (2).
