Rule 37
Issuance of permits for general construction minerals

(1) If consent is obtained according to Rule 36, the District Development Committee will issue a permit for general construction minerals to the applicant after taking the application as per Schedule-4 in the format as per Schedule-13.
(2) After granting the permit according to sub-rule (1), the district development committee must deposit twenty percent of the income received in the revenue account of the department and send the information along with the voucher to the department.
(3) A person who has obtained a permit for general construction minerals shall renew the permit obtained by him from the relevant District Development Committee in accordance with Rule 42. However, if the concerned district development committee does not renew the license due to mental illness, the concerned person can make an application to the department and the department can renew it after making necessary inquiries.
