Section 174
The ex-owner must submit to the current owner
The documents and records in the charge of a director or any other officer or employee of the company after the termination of his tenure shall be submitted to the current director or officer or employee who has been appointed to work in his place within thirty days of the termination of his tenure and according to this, if the former owner comes to submit it, the current one shall also be handed over.
