Section 39
Identification of persons entitled to social security

(1) According to this Act, the fund shall develop a system based on information technology to identify the persons eligible to receive social security.
(2) A person who is receiving any facility under social security at the time of commencement of this Act shall be connected by the fund to the system based on information technology as per sub-section (1) within the specified period.
