Section 6
Who can choose a social security plan

(1) Workers in the informal sector and self-employed persons may choose to participate in one or more social security schemes on the basis of contributions.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), except as otherwise provided by the fund, no worker or self-employed person shall participate in any social security scheme operated by the fund in accordance with this Act and shall not be allowed to choose a social security scheme.
