: (1) According to sub-section (1) of section 19, on the decision to take back any community forest, if such decision is canceled by the director of state forest after a complaint is made in accordance with sub-section (2) of the same section, the divisional forest officer shall restore such community forest. The forest should be re-transferred to the previous consumer group.
(2) On the decision under sub-section (1) of section 19, the sub-section of that section
If there is no appeal as per (2) or if the decision is upheld after such appeal, the Divisional Forest Officer shall complete the process as per Section 18 and reorganize the user group and transfer the said community forest.
