Section 107
Collective fines
(1) If the equipment, any small arms, ammunition or any part of small arms is lost or stolen, the soldier, army, captain or captain of such unit, after receiving the report of the court of inquiry, the Padik, Hudda, Amaldar, Pyuth and the people of that unit can impose a collective fine on all or as many people as they think should be held accountable.
(2) Such fine shall be recovered by Damasahi from the salary of the persons who have been fined.
