12. Implementation of matters of public interest

(1) In connection with the implementation of matters of public interest, when consulting in accordance with Section 20 of the Act, concerned and members or representatives of civil society shall be notified for their presence by considering the nature of the matter.
(2) In addition to the matters mentioned in the Act, matters that directly affect the language, religion and culture of the general public will also be matters of public interest.
