Rule 100

Things to be disclosed in the application to the head of the public body

The bidder or the proposer who wants to make an application to the head of the public body according to section 47 of the Act for review of the procurement action or decision must have signed the following details in such application:-
(a) Applicant's name, address, telephone, fax number and email address,
(b) If it is an organized organization, the authorization letter provided by that organization to make such application,
(c) Bid No.,
(d) the factual and legal basis on which the application is made,
(e) Copy of relevant documents.
