Section 10
Coordination with public bodies
(1) In order to achieve its objectives, the bank shall coordinate with the public bodies or their agencies or bodies as necessary. (2) If requested by the Government of Nepal, the bank shall provide necessary information on research and credit and financial matters. (3) If requested by the Government of Nepal, Public bodies and the private sector must provide the bank with the necessary information on economic and financial matters.
