:
(1) In accordance with Rule 12, 13 or 14, the Electricity Development Department shall publish a notice for public information after conducting the necessary investigation in accordance with Rule 15 on the application for a permit for electricity generation, transmission or distribution. (2) After the publication of the notice in accordance with sub-rule (1), if the construction and operation of the proposed power project will have a significant adverse effect, any person may respond to the Electricity Development Department within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
(3) If any response is received according to sub-rule (2), the conditions to be followed by the concerned applicant will be mentioned in the permit letter after considering such response. 
