Rule 41
Documents to be attached to the petition related to the dispute of public right or concern
The petitioner should attach the following documents with the petition for the determination of any constitutional or legal question involved in any dispute of public right or concern :-
(a) A copy of the information given under clause (f) of sub-rule (2) of rule 40, (b) If he or someone else has conducted a study or published official data on the matter raised by the petitioner, such study report or publication,
(c) Evidence, if any, to support the merits of the application.
