(1) A person or an organized organization who wants to distribute the signal of a paid channel broadcasted by a foreign broadcasting organization that has received a license to downlink and broadcast a program within Nepal should submit an application to the Ministry in the format as per Schedule-3(b) along with the fee as per sub-rule (1) of Rule 7 for the license. will fall.
(2) A person or an organized organization distributing the signal of a paid channel broadcasted by a foreign broadcasting organization within Nepal at the time of commencement of this rule shall apply for a license within nine months from the date of commencement of this rule in accordance with sub-rule (1).
