(1) According to sub-rule (2), skill has been classified into four levels and the level of efficiency of such level has been maintained as semi-skilled, medium-skilled, skilled and highly skilled respectively.
(2) A person who has the following skill level certificate in the relevant subject will be eligible to be a candidate in the examination conducted for the following category or level:- Skill level Category or level one to be eligible to be a candidate               Government of Nepal gazetted third category (Professor) or equivalent or if there is a tier arrangement, third category ( Prof.), two                       Second Class (Professor) under the gazette of the Government of Nepal or equivalent or fourth level (Professor), three                     First Class (Professor) under the Gazette of the Government of Nepal or equivalent or if there is a level arrangement 5th level ( Prof.), four                     Nepal Government gazetted third grade (Professor) or equivalent or sixth grade (Professor) if there is a tier system,
