(1) The Center shall coordinate with the National Committee and the District Committee to arrange skill training for the victims in the center.
(2) On the basis of the criteria applied in accordance with clause (h) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the district committee will select the trained persons and provide seed capital (seed money) to them or coordinate with banks or financial institutions or programs that can provide such capital.
(3) According to this rule, the Center shall provide information related to the job market and facilitate employment for the persons who have received training.
