Rule 49C
Able to use information technology
(1) Information technology can be used in the delivery of services from ministries and agencies under it.
(2) For the provision of services in accordance with sub-rule (1), the relevant bodies, licensees, permitted organizations, listed organizations and related service recipients shall fulfill the standards and conditions determined by the Ministry.
